The main reason the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor was because we wouldn't provide oil for them to conquer other areas in east Asia. Japan wanted to attack China, but America was on the Chinese's side, so we didn't support Japan in any way and for that reason the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor.
